Platform Maintenance is designed to preserve an already-established standard rather than restore a vehicle that has significantly deteriorated. Excessive pet hair, heavy staining, spills, specialist contamination or vehicles left beyond the agreed maintenance interval may require additional work or a new Deep Clean before maintenance can continue.
Periodic decontamination is completed every third qualifying maintenance visit, or earlier where the vehicle’s condition requires it.

Complete a Qualifying Service
Your vehicle must first complete The Deep Clean, The Platform Valet, Paint Correction or New Car Protection to establish the correct standard.
Book the Next Visit Before Leaving
Your next appointment is arranged at the end of each visit, giving you priority access to the Platform diary before general availability is released.
Enter Platform Maintenance
Once the qualifying service is complete, we will confirm whether Maintenance is suitable and agree the recommended monthly schedule.
Maintain the Standard
Regular interior and exterior upkeep prevents the vehicle from falling behind and preserves any existing paint or ceramic protection.
Keeping Your Priority Place
Maintenance appointments are normally arranged monthly. Moving beyond the agreed interval may affect priority availability, and vehicles left for more than six weeks may require assessment or another Deep Clean before returning to Maintenance.
