We offer mobile vehicle detailing services, including (but not limited to) exterior washing, interior cleaning, and decontamination. All services are subject to availability and may be changed or updated without notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, vehicle condition, unsafe environments, or other unforeseen issues.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The vehicle must be accessible, legally parked, and in a safe location.

• You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

• We are not liable for any items left in the vehicle.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due on completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or mobile payment.

• Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service or legal action.

6. Liability

• We are fully insured and take great care with every vehicle.

• We are not liable for existing damage, wear and tear, or any issues that arise from poor paintwork, previous repairs, or aftermarket modifications.

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
