Service Description
A comprehensive inside and out deep clean designed to reset the entire vehicle. This service is ideal for cars that haven’t been properly cleaned for a while, family vehicles, work cars or anyone wanting a complete refresh rather than a basic wash. The Deep Clean covers full exterior cleaning, wheels and arches, decontamination where required, interior vacuuming, interior cleaning and glass — restoring a fresh, even and well-presented finish throughout. If the vehicle has heavy soiling, pet hair, mould, smoke odour or similar issues, please select the relevant add-on and send photos via email or WhatsApp so an accurate quotation can be provided. Additional charges may apply if the condition is beyond a standard Deep Clean. If you require the soft top deep clean and re-seal, this service is not mobile as i require to keep the fabric roof dry for 3-4 hours. In this case your deep clean will take place at our business address.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Deposits Some services require full payment at the time of booking, while others require a deposit to secure the appointment. Full Payment Required at Booking Safe Detailed Wash Essential Valet Due to limited appointment availability, full payment is required to secure these booking slots. Deposit Required at Booking Detailing Packages (Enhance & Protect / New Car Protection) – £100 deposit Deep Clean Valet – £30 deposit Deposits are part-payment towards the service cost and secure the allocated appointment time. Remaining balances are payable on completion. All deposits and prepaid bookings are non-refundable. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy and understand the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for your vehicle. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit or payment being retained. Failure to attend the appointment or provide vehicle access will be treated as a late cancellation. Vehicle Condition Prices are based on vehicles in typical condition. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mud, sand, mould, bodily fluids or severe contamination may require additional time and charges. You will be informed before any additional work is carried out. Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly on arrival. Access & Weather Vehicles must be accessible and parked in a safe working location. If access cannot be provided, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit or payment retained. Mobile services are weather dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions prevent the service from being completed safely or to the expected standard. Payment Remaining balances must be paid immediately on completion via cash or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in legal action being taken to recover the outstanding balance and any associated recovery costs.
