Service Description
A brand-new car doesn’t always arrive in perfect condition. This service prepares and refines the paintwork, removes transport film and dealership marks, and then applies a durable 7-year ceramic coating for long-term protection. It’s designed to give new vehicles the right start — with improved gloss, easier maintenance and added resistance to UV, chemicals and daily use. This package includes protection for the bodywork, wheel faces, exterior glass, leather or fabric seats and foot mats. Please note: this is a 1–2 day service. If you are purchasing a used car then the Enhance & Protect package will be better suited to your requirements.




















Cancellation Policy
Deposits All bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Detailing Packages (Enhance & Protect / New Car Protection): £100 deposit Deep Clean Valet: £30 deposit The remaining balance is paid in person on completion. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, the deposit will be retained in full. This covers the loss of the time slot, preparation, and booking displacement. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please give 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling inside 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and may incur full booking charges. Vehicle Condition Prices are based on typical condition. Excessive pet hair, mud, sand, mould, bodily fluids or heavy staining may incur extra charges. You will always be informed before any additional work is carried out. Access & Working Conditions Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and on a safe driveway/area for us to work. If we cannot safely access or work on the vehicle, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained. Weather For mobile bookings, poor weather may require rescheduling. You will be contacted in advance if weather prevents the service from being carried out properly. Maintenance Plan Customers Maintenance bookings are for active plan members only. If more than 6 weeks pass between visits, the vehicle may require a Deep Clean Valet before rejoining the plan. Arrival Times Arrival times may vary by up to 30 minutes depending on traffic or previous jobs. You’ll be notified if there are any delays. Payment Remaining balances must be paid on completion via cash or bank transfer. Non-Payment will result in legal action being taken to recover the full amount plus any fees that may be incurred.
