A professional interior and exterior clean designed for vehicles that are already in good condition but require a thorough refresh. The Essential Valet restores overall cleanliness, improves the appearance of the paintwork and leaves the interior feeling fresh — making it ideal for regular upkeep between deeper services. If your vehicle is maintained well but needs bringing back up to standard, this is the correct service. ⸻ What’s Included Exterior • Wheels, tyres and arches cleaned • Safe pre-wash and contact wash process • Door shuts and fuel cap cleaned • Badges, grilles and intricate areas detailed • Short-term paint protection applied (up to 4–6 weeks) • Vehicle safely dried using plush drying towels • Tyres dressed for a clean, finished look ⸻ Interior • Full interior vacuum including carpets, seats and boot area • Compressed air used to remove debris from seams and tight areas • Interior plastics, trims and dashboard cleaned • Floor mats cleaned and refreshed • Interior glass cleaned for a clear, streak-free finish ⸻ Is This The Right Service For Your Vehicle? The Essential Valet is designed for vehicles that are already clean and regularly maintained. If your vehicle has: • Heavy dirt build-up • Embedded pet hair • Stains within carpets or seats • Not been professionally cleaned in a long time Then our Deep Clean Valet is the correct service. The Deep Clean is a more intensive service designed to fully reset the vehicle inside and out. ⸻ Important Information • This service is intended for well-maintained vehicles • Heavily soiled vehicles will require upgrading to a Deep Clean Valet • This service does not qualify for access to our Maintenance Plan
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Deposits Some services require full payment at the time of booking, while others require a deposit to secure the appointment. Full Payment Required at Booking Safe Detailed Wash Essential Valet Due to limited appointment availability, full payment is required to secure these booking slots. Deposit Required at Booking Detailing Packages (Single Stage / New Car Protection) – £100 deposit Deep Clean Valet – £30 deposit Deposits are part-payment towards the service cost and secure the allocated appointment time. Remaining balances are payable on completion. All deposits and prepaid bookings are non-refundable. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy and understand the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for your vehicle. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit or payment being retained. Failure to attend the appointment or provide vehicle access will be treated as a late cancellation. Vehicle Condition Prices are based on vehicles in typical condition. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mud, sand, mould, bodily fluids or severe contamination may require additional time and charges. You will be informed before any additional work is carried out. Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly on arrival. Access & Weather Vehicles must be accessible and parked in a safe working location. If access cannot be provided, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit or payment retained. Mobile services are weather dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions prevent the service from being completed safely or to the expected standard. Payment Remaining balances must be paid immediately on completion via cash or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in legal action being taken to recover the outstanding balance and any associated recovery costs.
