The Platform Valet is our premium mobile inside-and-out detailing package, designed for vehicle owners who want more than a Deep Clean but do not require full paint correction. It combines detailed interior care with thorough exterior preparation, a light machine polish and six-month paint protection to significantly improve the vehicle’s overall presentation. This package is ideal for vehicles that are in reasonable condition but have lost gloss, feel rough to the touch or require a complete interior and exterior refresh. It is also suitable for recently purchased vehicles, family cars, daily drivers and vehicles being prepared for an event, sale or special occasion. Exterior Enhancement The exterior process includes: Wheels, wheel arches and tyres thoroughly cleaned Door shuts and fuel-filler area cleaned Multi-stage pre-wash and snow foam Safe contact wash Badges, grilles and intricate exterior areas detailed Fallout and tar contamination removed where required Mechanical decontamination where necessary Vehicle safely dried and prepared for polishing Light machine polish to improve gloss, depth and clarity Six-month paint protection applied Exterior glass cleaned Tyres dressed and final exterior details completed The machine-polishing stage is designed to improve gloss, clarity and overall presentation. It may reduce very light wash marks, but it is not intended to remove heavier swirl marks, scratches or severe paint defects. Where defect removal is the main priority, Single Stage or Multi Stage Paint Correction will be the more suitable option. Detailed Interior Care The interior process includes: Rubbish removal Thorough vacuuming throughout Compressed air used to release dirt from difficult areas Carpets, mats, seats and luggage area cleaned Dashboard, centre console, door cards and trim deep cleaned Vents, cupholders, switches and intricate areas detailed Steam cleaning used where safe and appropriate Headlining carefully cleaned where required Interior glass cleaned Final inspection and finishing touches Wet extraction, excessive pet hair, severe staining, mould, bodily fluids and specialist contamination are not included as standard and may require additional time and cost. Mobile Working Requirements Because The Platform Valet includes machine polishing and protective treatments, suitable working conditions are required.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Deposits Some services require full payment at the time of booking, while others require a deposit to secure the appointment. Full Payment Required at Booking Safe Detailed Wash Essential Valet Due to limited appointment availability, full payment is required to secure these booking slots. Deposit Required at Booking Detailing Packages (Single Stage / New Car Protection) – £100 deposit Deep Clean Valet – £30 deposit Deposits are part-payment towards the service cost and secure the allocated appointment time. Remaining balances are payable on completion. All deposits and prepaid bookings are non-refundable. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy and understand the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for your vehicle. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit or payment being retained. Failure to attend the appointment or provide vehicle access will be treated as a late cancellation. Vehicle Condition Prices are based on vehicles in typical condition. Vehicles with excessive pet hair, heavy staining, mud, sand, mould, bodily fluids or severe contamination may require additional time and charges. You will be informed before any additional work is carried out. Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking and may be adjusted if the vehicle condition differs significantly on arrival. Access & Weather Vehicles must be accessible and parked in a safe working location. If access cannot be provided, the booking may be cancelled and the deposit or payment retained. Mobile services are weather dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions prevent the service from being completed safely or to the expected standard. Payment Remaining balances must be paid immediately on completion via cash or bank transfer. Failure to pay may result in legal action being taken to recover the outstanding balance and any associated recovery costs.
